Backpacks developed for use on site as part of the project

I was brought on board as part of the team responsible for developing the on site schools offer for the recently re-opened Westbury Manor Museum in Fareham.

We ended up developing five hands-on backpack resources differentiated for use with both KS1 and 2 – Be an Archaeologist, Be a Detective, Be a Breadwinner, Be an Explorer and Be Outside. You can see some examples of the resources I designed to go inside the backpacks here.   We also developed some in-gallery interpretation for families and made the space more accessible and easy to navigate by commissioning some in–gallery graphics for younger audiences.
